Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, you can change plans for future trips at any time. If you need to upgrade an existing itinerary (e.g., add more cities), we'll charge the difference between plan levels. Downgrades apply to new bookings only.
What's included in the free trial?
The free trial gives you full access to Explorer plan features for one complete itinerary. You can plan routes, see pricing estimates, and explore our platform without commitment. Actual bookings require a paid plan.
Do you offer refunds if plans change?
We offer full refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't started booking transport. After booking begins, refunds depend on the cancellation policies of individual transport providers, which we'll explain clearly.
